Everyone is on a different sleep schedule. Some may only need 4 hours of sleep a night while others may need 10 hours of sleep a night. It is recommended to get 6-8 hours of sleep a night.

When do you go to bed and how much sleep do you usually get?
It used to be around 7 at night but that was when I was a kid. Now it ranges if I'm tired I'll go to sleep randomly, if not then I stay up and keep myself occupied.
In the week I go to bed at 2 to 2:30 AM and in the weekend I go to bed at 3 to 4 AM. The last few days I have got only 2 to 4 sleep hours.

To be honest with you, I don't joke with my 7 hours sleep on a daily basis and the good thing about it is that I have come to notice that I always give in my best whenever I am on such good sleep the next day. Sleeping is a good way that we could get to manage stress as well as get to put our body in good condition.
To be honest, I don't have a bedtime I go to bed when I feel tired. Usually I feel tired around 10PM and that's when I call it a night. I wake up about 8-9 in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to go so therefore 10 hours sleep is enough for me.
